Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• RE5 certification is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial role.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations, needs, and objectives.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
• Recommend appropriate financial products and services based on client goals and risk tolerance.
