Financial Advisor Administrator to provide essential administrative support to its financial advisory team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Previous experience as a financial administrator
- Reliable transport
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to financial advisors
- Preparing client documentation and onboarding paperwork
- Managing and updating client records and financial files
- Liaising with clients and financial institutions
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining advisor calendars
- Handling follow-ups on outstanding documents or queries
- Assisting with compliance documentation and checks
- General office and administrative duties as required
