The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

1. Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
2. Analyzing actuals against budget/forecast and prior year.
3. Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
4. Performing ad hoc analysis as required to assist in management decision-making.

Ideal Profile

1. You have at least 2 years of experience within a Financial Planning & Analysis role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
2. You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
3. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
4. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
5. You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
