We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Financial Advisers with a proven track record in long-term insurance sales and holistic financial planning. The ideal candidate is client-focused and motivated by a high-performance, commission-based environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Academic & Regulatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or a minimum NQF Level 5 qualification
• Successfully completed RE5
• Currently employed in the financial services industry, actively selling long-term insurance products

Industry Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a client portfolio
• Understanding of the full financial planning landscape:

  • Short-Term Insurance

Performance Indicators

• Minimum 85% average policy persistency
