Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (for recent graduates).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory services with proven track record of success in insurance sales and client relationship management.
3. Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
4. Must have experience selling risk products at least 70%, OR must have been on the short-term side, which needs at least 50% personal lines and 50% commercial.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
