Job Summary
The role involves identifying long-term (life) risks and advising clients on their life assurance needs using the limited architecture framework. It also includes providing solutions for clients' long-term insurance and financial planning needs through regular portfolio reviews to build a sustainable broker practice.
Job Description
- Source Utilisation: Obtain walk-in clients or data leads from bank staff in branches.
- Customer Experience: Provide service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Risk and Control: Document and understand processes, control requirements, and risk management frameworks affecting the area.
- Manage Sales and Growth Targets: Ensure correct Policy Relevant Information (PRI) numbers are captured monthly on the EBankpac system, and verify the accuracy of commission statements from the AIFA Commissions department, ensuring PRI numbers reconcile with commissions paid and reflected.
FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements
- FSCA-Approved Qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Experience as per the FAIS Act
- Product-specific training upon onboarding
- Class of Business Training
- Continuous Professional Development
- Attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing
Education
- Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting
- National Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12) (Required)
