Job Description

  • Provide a support function to the Supervisor in the following areas -
    • maintaining records for all transactions,
    • preparing payment recons,
    • compiling the monthly VAT Recons and Invoicing Recons together with the Supervisor,
    • processing of staff reimbursements,
    • processing of project reimbursements,
    • client invoicing and payment management in conjunction with Supervisor,
    • Liaising with site-based teams, clients and service providers, and
    • provide general admin and finance support to the project teams.
    • Liaise with external accountants.
    • Liaise with clients.
Requirements

  • Financial Qualification
  • 1 - 2 years previous work experience in a financial administration or bookkeeping role
  • Be technically confident with financial systems such as SAGE and MS Office Tools
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Detail orientated, logical and methodical, as the accounting would be across multiple projects and companies
  • Ensure financial practices meet industry and accounting standards to ensure smooth annual audits and reporting to clients as and when required
