My well-established client, based in Johannesburg South-West, is looking for an assertive, meticulous, and self-motivated Financial Accountant and Outsourced Financial Manager to join their dynamic offices.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who have completed their articles and wish to continue their careers in an accounting firm.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform the full accounting function, including acting as an outsourced Financial Manager for clients.
2. Prepare working papers and curate effective communication for client liaison.
3. Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the accounting team.
4. Handle statutory returns and support the necessary documents required from SARS, with tax knowledge.

Education

Completed BCom Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles.
• Proficiency in Draftworx, Xero, Sage Online, Simple Pay.
• Experience with EMP beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of MS Packages.
• Strong knowledge of Tax laws, calculations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Assertive personality with strong managerial tendencies.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Ability to cope effectively under pressure.
