Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities : Bank statement processing and reconciliations using Sage Pastel Partner.

VAT, EMP, and EMP submissions to ensure tax compliance.

Journal entries and invoice capturing (customers and suppliers).

Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Audit preparation, working closely with external auditors.

Liaising with SARS, tax consultants, and external auditors on compliance matters.

Working across multiple entities to manage intercompany transactions.

Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial controls and processes.
