Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial accounting with strong internal controls exposure.
• Knowledge of COSO framework and risk assessment methods.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal control systems across all financial operations.
• Conduct internal control testing and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare reports on control deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and ensure accounting standards compliance.
• Support external auditors during audits with required documentation and explanations.
