Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external parties.
• Manage cash flow reporting and projections.
• Support cost management through cost reporting and variance analysis.
• Oversee payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to accounting policies, internal controls and continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive collaboration.
