Duties & Responsibilities

This organization operates as a private investment and wealth management entity overseeing financial interests private properties and assets for a prominent family office. It manages governance accounting and strategic financial planning to ensure sustainable wealth stewardship across generations. With a focus on longterm value creation the entity supports various business philanthropic and estate management initiatives while maintaining high standards of financial integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee accounts payable reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Implement expenditure controls and optimize processes.
• Prepare management accounts cash flow forecasts and tax calculations.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and interest schedules.
• Handle payroll inputs intercompany transactions and compliance reporting.
• Support audits board meetings and regulatory submissions.

Requirements :

• 2 years postqualification experience.
• Strong accounting reconciliations and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAGE 300 & Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Knowledge of income tax payroll and multientity accounting.
• Detailoriented proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
