Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CA/SAICA articles completed preferred.
• Strong accounting experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; Matric with Higher Grade Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices on the ERP system, ensuring matching to Purchase Orders and GRNs.
• Manage foreign supplier transactions, clearing agents, costings, and bank UCR declarations.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, process monthly depreciation journals, and release GL/inventory journals.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts (including GRN suspense), credit cards, and supplier statements.
• Perform credit release sign-offs, debit order processing, and prepare VAT returns.
• Assist with stock captures and physical inventory count reconciliations.
