Financial Accountant position available in Stellenbosch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage supplier invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure banking, payroll, and cash controls are accurate and efficient.
• Oversee stock control processes and support monthly stock takes.
• Handle customer invoicing and debtor management.
• Maintain and audit the Fixed Asset Register.
• Ensure VAT compliance and reconcile VAT returns.
• Enforce internal controls and contribute to audit readiness.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar Financial Accounting role.
• Strong reconciliation, VAT, and supplier management skills.
• Experience in multi-entity environments.
• Proficient in Excel, accounting systems & Nedbank online.
• Bonus: Exposure to hospitality or retail finance environments.
• High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
