This role offers an opportunity for an ambitiousFinancial Accountantto play a key role in the financial operations of a multi-entity organization. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible forfull-function accounting,including audit preparation, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Salary: R28 00 – R35 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements (Essential Skills):
- BCom Accounting or BCom Financial Management Degree
- Completed articles in SAIPA, SAICA or CIMA
- 3 years of SAIPA/SAICA articles completed.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Sage Pastel Partner skills.
- ACPAS exposure (advantageous, but training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Bank statement processing and reconciliations using Sage Pastel Partner.
- VAT201, EMP201, and EMP501 submissions to ensure tax compliance.
- Journal entries and invoice capturing (customers and suppliers).
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Audit preparation—working closely with external auditors.
- Liaising with SARS, tax consultants, and external auditors on compliance matters.
- Working across multiple entities to manage intercompany transactions.
- Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial controls and processes.
