Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare accurate financial statements—including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements—while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Tax Compliance : Calculate, prepare, and file tax returns for individuals and businesses. Ensure strict adherence to tax legislation and proactively identify opportunities for tax planning and savings.

Auditing & Assurance : Conduct internal audits or coordinate with external auditors to verify the accuracy and integrity of financial records, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.

Advisory Services : Deliver strategic financial advice on matters such as business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financial risk management to support clients in making sound business decisions.

Requirements :
