Be responsible for various financial tasks within reputable organisation. This role will involve gathering and monitoring financial data, preparing accurate statements, forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

By meticulously managing financial records and supporting investment decisions, this person will contribute significantly to the company’s success.

Responsibilities :

Monthly preparation of management reports and monthly accounting

Monthly payroll processing on SimplePay – 29 employees

Monthly PAYE submissions to SARS

Monthly UI-19 declaration

Bi-annual EMP 501 and IRP 5 submissions to SARS

Bi-monthly VAT calculations and submission to SARS

Bi-annual provisional tax calculations and IRP 6 submissions to SARS

Compilation of annual financial statements

Independent review of annual financial statements

Annual company income tax calculations and submission to SARS

Annual Workman’s Compensations submission

Quarterly management meetings

Essential Requirements and skills :

Min four years experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.

Accounting Degree in Finance or Related Field :

Background in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

Familiarity with Accounting Software Packages.

Proficiency in using relevant software tools for financial analysis and reporting.
