Financial Accountant – Your Future Position?

As a member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the local General Ledger (GL) integrity, liaising with Givaudan Business Services (GBS) for record to report accuracy, managing statutory Annual Financial Statements (AFS), preparing and managing company tax returns, VAT returns, and payments, coordinating internal controls, and managing local treasury & cash management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring overall integrity of GL and transaction recording
  • Analyzing and reconciling accounts in GL with GBS and Junior Accountant
  • Closing period end in liaison with GBS
  • Coordinating audits for the legal entity
  • Accountability for statutory financial reporting
  • Maintaining chart of accounts per Givaudan Finance manuals and master data integrity with GBS
  • Preparing and filing statutory returns and reports, including VAT, and handling queries
  • Managing Treasury and Cash, including liquidity, FEC, and bank relationships
