Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in their search for a Financial Accountant. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2. Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
3. Managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
4. Performing bank reconciliations and managing accounts payable and receivable processes
5. Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
6. Preparing and submitting tax returns and compliance reports
7. Supporting internal and external audits
8. Providing financial analysis and insights to management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
4. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
5. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
