We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant who can also manage office administration functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service to both clients and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: BCompt Accounting Degree
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in accounting roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge of Sage Evolution Accounting software
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to numerical detail
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Own reliable transport
• Experience with fleet administration or in the commercial property sector (advantageous)
• Completed Articles (SAICA / SAIPA) (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly cashbook transactions and perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and liaise directly with clients
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
• Compile and submit monthly financial reports
• Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management
