A reputable finance firm in Gauteng is looking for an experienced finance professional to manage the full accounting function and lead a finance team. The ideal candidate will have a BCom Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of commercial accounting experience, and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, ensuring compliance, and conducting financial reporting. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting function up to trial balance.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and statutory submissions.
• Oversee bookkeeping and clerical staff.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and control general ledger.
• Provide financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
