Job summary

SKG Properties specialises in the development, leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate. An opportunity exists for an accounting professional to prepare working papers, liaise with external auditors and manage audit engagements. The role requires a relevant degree and 3-5 years’ accounting experience with IFRS reporting.

Proficiency in CaseWare is essential; Sage ERP and consolidations are advantageous. Psychometric testing is required for shortlisted candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• 3-5 years (inclusive of Articles) of experience in Accounting field.
• IFRS statutory reporting experience is essential.
• Extensive CaseWare experience is essential.
• Tax experience is advantageous.
• Experience with consolidations is advantageous.

Requirements
