Job summary

Fox Housing Developments is seeking an article-turned accountant to grow within a dynamic property development and construction environment. You will assist with monthly accounts, process journals, and maintain debtors/creditors under supervision.

The role requires a BCom degree and at least 3 years in finance, with strong Excel skills and Pastel software experience. VAT/tax submissions and audit support are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong MS Excel skills and high numerical accuracy.
• Experience with Pastel Partner or Pastel Evolution.
• Knowledge of financial controls and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Advantageous

• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles.


• Experience with CaseWare.


• Knowledge of South African VAT legislation.
