  • Capturing Utility Payments onto the clients system (monthly).
  • Reconciling Landlord Statements to the clients system (monthly).
  • Handling Landlord queries Telephonically and via e-mail (daily).
  • Liaising with Landlords to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily).
  • Calculating Annual Rates increases / decreases (daily).
  • Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves).

Finance Reconciliations Clerk - Properties

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Properties Reconciliation Clerk who is used to capturing bulk payments and can draft detailed reconciliations. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capturing Utility Payments onto the clients system (monthly)
  • Reconciling Landlord Statements to the clients system (monthly)
  • Handling Landlord queries Telephonically and via e-mail (daily)
  • Liaising with Landlords to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily)
  • Calculating Annual Rates increases / decreases (daily)
  • Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves)
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum Matric;
  • Minimum of 3 years Finance / Clerical experience;
  • Strong reconciliation experience essential;
  • Property reconciliation experience advantageous.

  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Strong numeric skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
