Job description

A minimum 70% GPA from a top-tier South African university in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or Finance, coupled with a genuine interest in data and a track record of excellence. Relevant experience will be beneficial.

The Offer :

1. A USD-denominated monthly salary between $1,500 and $2,000, converted to ZAR (based on qualifications, skills, and experience)
2. Annual cash bonus of up to 60% of base salary, based on personal and company performance
3. Eligibility to join our ESOP after 12 months, dependent on performance
4. Cape Town-based role with a hybrid working model; spend a minimum of 50% of your time at our V&A Waterfront office, with flexibility on days and hours.
