Duties & Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the efficient and effective daily operations of the Finance department and develop the team to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, experience, and capacity to meet business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing the Finance department strategy to align with business requirements and customer deliverables.
  • Leading, managing, and developing the Finance team, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Monitoring departmental KPIs in line with business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with company accounting, administrative policies, and tax regulations.
  • Driving cash flow and working capital improvements.
  • Managing internal controls and budgeting processes.
  • Building strong relationships with external parties, customers, and advisors.
  • Adhering to data protection policies.
  • Implementing efficient processes and controls within the Finance department.
  • Responding to financial inquiries and supporting divisional management.
  • Providing financial advice based on operational analysis.
  • Preparing reports analyzing variances and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Developing financial policies and managing administrative work.
  • Coordinating financial procedures and automating processes for efficiency.
  • Staying current with financial regulations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders and Invoices, supporting procurement requirements.
