We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in preparing and analyzing financial statements, proficient in QuickBooks, and experienced in leading and mentoring a finance team.
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and growth.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decisions.
Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and provide insights on financial performance.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA/ICB qualification preferred).
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role.
Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel in particular).
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
