R75 000 – R95 000 CTC per month

Duration: Permanent

Established credit providers specialising in development finance and property-backed lending are looking for a finance manager to lead the full finance function, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and modelling. This is a hands-on role with exposure to investor reporting, treasury, and reporting - ideal for a commercially astute and analytical professional.

Minimum Requirements:
CIMA-qualified, coupled with 3 or more years of post-qualification experience within a similar role and niche
Advanced Excel
Strong financial modelling, analysis, and cashflow forecasting ability
Solid budgeting and reporting experience
Comfortable managing a team and presenting to senior stakeholders
High integrity, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the finance team, review monthly files, management packs, and financials
Prepare detailed quarterly forecasts and budget vs actuals reports
Present financial analysis and reporting to shareholders and investors
Manage treasury to ensure capital sufficiency for deal drawdowns
Act as a compliance officer and manage FSCA/FIC obligations
Participate in credit approvals, deal profitability analysis, and funding strategy
Oversee risk monitoring for maturing loans, security releases, and settlements
Manage financial oversight of property portfolio and liaise with agents
Coordinate HR admin and recruitment
