Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Cape Town head office of a leading luxury lodge group. This role oversees the day-to-day finance function, supports accurate reporting and controls, and mentors junior team members.

You will work with management and operational teams to provide meaningful financial information to support decision-making, while maintaining robust financial controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day accounting and finance function oversight.
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and schedules.
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
• Coordinate bank, balance sheet and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with procedures.
• Support audit preparation and documentation.
