Finance & Commercial/Operational Manager (Part-Time / Half-Day)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition in partnership with recruitment consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with internal finance processes and company procedures
  • Driving consistency and discipline in finance-related workflows across teams
  • Managing debt collection, monthly reporting accuracy, and financial controls
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency
  • Acting as a trusted finance business partner, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Working autonomously in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA(SA) or professional membership advantageous)
  • 8–10 years’ Financial Management experience
  • Strong technical accounting skills with practical operational finance exposure
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently
  • Commercial acumen with an investigative, analytical mindset
  • Clear communicator, able to influence with both firmness and diplomacy
