A consumer goods business is currently seeking a Financial Managerto join their team in Johannesburg.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial insights and supporting key reporting and forecasting activities. As the Financial Manager, you will lead key reporting, analysis, and improvement projects across sustainability, IFRS 16, inventory, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sustainability reports in line with regulatory and internal standards

• Manage IFRS 16 accounting, forecasts, budgets, and impairments

• Oversee inventory reporting and perform detailed stock analysis

• Analyse store profitability to identify trends and opportunities

• Assess stock provisions and calculate impairments for goodwill and intangibles

• Support ad hoc reporting and financial process improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA(SA) with 2+ years of relevant financial accounting experience

• Sustainability reporting

• Experience working with IFRS 16 accounting and forecasting is advantageous

• SAP or SAS reporting experience is beneficial

Salary:

• R720 000 - R960 000/ year CTC depending on the candidate’s experience
