Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager with experience in the forex trading sector to oversee our financial operations and regulatory compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and risk analysis within the forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial strategy, planning, and analysis to ensure profitability and risk mitigation.
2. Manage the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
3. Ensure compliance with South African financial regulations (FSCA) and international forex trading standards.
4. Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements.
5. Work closely with the Risk & Compliance teams to mitigate financial and operational risks.
6. Develop and implement internal controls to protect company assets.
7. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.
8. Optimize cost structures, pricing models, and revenue streams to improve profitability.
9. Analyze market trends, trading activities, and financial risks associated with forex operations.
10. Support business development by providing financial insights and advising on investment opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CA, or ACCA preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the forex or financial services sector.
3. Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations (FSCA) and forex trading compliance.
4. Expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls.
5. Proficiency in financial software, trading platforms, and data analytics tools.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a forex brokerage, trading firm, or financial institution.
2. Familiarity with derivatives, CFDs, and forex trading instruments.
