Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, data-savvy Finance Manager to join our high-growth, tech-enabled BPO organization. This role goes beyond traditional finance - you'll be a strategic partner, leveraging analytics to drive operational efficiency, profitability, and client success. You'll lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), own data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to create financial models, dashboards, and reports that inform business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and maintain dynamic forecasting models, budget frameworks, and variance analysis across business units and client programs.
- Data-Driven Decision Support:
Partner with operations, sales, and delivery to deliver financial insights that optimize margin, workforce utilization, pricing, and contract performance.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting:
Build and maintain real-time dashboards and financial reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Enable self-service analytics across departments.
- Client Profitability Analysis:
Analyze profitability by client, vertical, and service line. Support account management in pricing and renewal strategy.
- Automation & Process Improvement:
Identify and automate repetitive finance processes (e.g., report generation, invoicing, data consolidation) to increase efficiency.
- KPI Development & Monitoring:
Develop relevant financial and operational KPIs that align with business goals. Monitor trends and alert leadership to potential risks or opportunities.
Drive financial due diligence, cost optimization initiatives, and expansion modeling for new services, geographies, or partnerships.
Requirements- Clear criminal record
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA/CMA is strongly advantageous.
- 5 to 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a BPO, tech-enabled services, or SaaS environment.
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills; experience with SQL or Python is advantageous.
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of turning data into financial strategies that drive business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
