Job summary

Recruitpartners is seeking an experienced Finance Manager CA(SA) to own the finance function within a complex, multi-entity and international business environment in Durban. This hands-on role combines commercial insight with financial control and leadership to challenge performance and ensure financial strength and compliance.

The position requires CA(SA) and 5–7 years of finance experience, including 3 years in management, with a proven track record in cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) with BCom qualification is required.
• 5–7 years’ finance experience, including at least 3 years in Finance Management.
• Experience in international or cross-border businesses.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and compliance capability.
• Commercially minded with ability to turn financial information into practical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Provide senior management with insight into cost savings, revenue opportunities and business performance.
• Review financial results across multiple entities.
• Drive cash flow, working capital, debtor and creditor management.
• Oversee annual audits, tax, VAT and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Companies Act and Group policies.
• Manage CAPEX, fixed assets and balance sheet integrity.
• Support cross-border operations and finance-related projects.
• Drive effective use of SAP, financial systems and controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team.
