Your Mission:
- Drive financial strategy and lead multi-currency financial management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities.
- Optimize financial processes and drive automation initiatives.
- Manage cash flow, procurement, inventory, and risk.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across diverse regions.
- Oversee compliance and risk management.
- Be the financial backbone of our client's global wine success.

Requirements:
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) / CIMA or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in FMCG or wine export ideal
- Expertise in IFRS, export regulations, and multi-currency transactions.
- Proven leadership in developing and mentoring finance teams.
- Strong ERP and accounting software proficiency (Palladium or similar).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Experience in export or FMCG industries is a plus!
