Duties:

• Oversee the smooth running of the Finance Department.
• Support the Group Finance Manager and factory leadership as needed.
• Manage the finance team.
• Facilitate and manage internal and external audits.
• Conduct costing runs and share results with factory managers.
• Prepare and review management accounts monthly.
• Manage monthly journals, reconciliations, and planning processes.
• Oversee stock counts, including pre- and post-stock count reconciliations.
• Consolidate final budgets for board approval.
• Lead the preparation of year-end files and Annual Financial Statements.
• Assist in consolidating group accounts.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours / CTA
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles
• 5 years’ post-articles experience in a financial manager role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Own transport is required.
• This is an in-office role; travel to manufacturing sites in Vereeniging, Hammanskraal, and Krugersdorp will be required.
