As Financial Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions. You will play a key role in budgeting, compliance, and process improvements, while helping the business scale across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and deliver accurate management accounts with variance analysis.
• Oversee reconciliations, including banking, payroll, and intercompany balances.
• Prepare statutory submissions and assist with annual financial statements and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• CA (SA) qualification is required.
• Background in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous, ideally with exposure to life insurance, short-term insurance, or similar fields.
• Strong business mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Salary

• R650,000 - R720,000 CTC / year, depending on experience.
