The Finance Manager is responsible for accurate debt reporting, compliance with contractual obligations, proactive forecasting of debt-related expenses, and ensuring key stakeholders have full visibility into all aspects of the debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurate debt reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Proactive forecasting of debt-related expenses.
• Ensuring key stakeholders have full visibility into all aspects of the debt portfolio.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance (either in Bank or Property Fund) or Corporate Treasury Finance (with debt as an area of focus).
• Working experience in a Big 4 would be an advantage.
• Qualified CA(SA).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Enjoys financial modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
• Technical / Professional Expertise.
• Demonstrated experience managing or auditing debt portfolios.
• Familiarity with enterprise management systems (e.g., SAGE, SAGE X3, SAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; VBA skills are an added advantage.
