Job Description:

Your duties will include, but is not limited to:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and deliver accurate financial statements
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to analyze cost structures and drive efficiency improvements
• Support audits, tax filings, and other statutory submissions
• Provide leadership and development to the finance team
• Work closely with senior management to support business strategy and growth plans
