Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a mining environment (highly desirable)
• Proven experience in:
• Financial reporting (IFRS & GAAP)
• Cash flow and treasury management
• Statutory compliance (VAT, Income Tax, Royalty, etc.)
• Preparation of Board packs and handling external audits
• Budgeting and payroll administration
• Supervision of finance teams
• Greenfield project experience (advantageous)
