Job description

Required Technical Competencies & Experience :

• Create and track cash flow projections.
• Record and balance bank statements.
• Conduct routine reconciliations with creditors.
• Create and handle batches of monthly payments.
• Oversee loan reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Keep the asset registration up to date and maintained.
• Handle system-generated and monthly journals.
• Ensure all group VAT reconciliations and filings are accurate.
• Create monthly payroll, submit EMP201s, and file EMP501 returns every two years.
• Maintain thorough audit records for outside auditors.
• Provide consolidated reporting to the Executive Committee and assist with the month-end close.
