Job description

Job Title: Finance Manager

A multinational company within the education sector is seeking a qualified Finance Manager. Reference: CMF-THA-2. This role requires strong experience in the education field and immediate availability.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
2. Conduct feasibility studies for new campuses and offerings, drafting feasibility reports.
3. Review and advise on campus profitability.
4. Propose fee structures aligned with company strategy.
5. Perform due diligence for new brand acquisitions.
6. Budget Management
7. Prepare and update annual budgets.
8. Monitor performance against budgets, liaising with Deans and budget managers.
9. Manage variances in expenditure.
10. Oversee revenue collection and outstanding payments.
11. Manage Capex in line with budgets and profitability, ensuring proper authorization.
12. Implement financial reporting and cash flow management plans to support strategic goals.
13. Analyze financial performance and ensure timely, accurate reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
14. Manage BEEE reporting.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA(SA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Sage Evolution and VIP Payroll.
