A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee financial functions and management information across their hospitals. The role requires a CA (SA) certification, extensive financial management experience, and strong knowledge of IFRS. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining financial systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations. To monitor, coordinate, and provide high-quality management information, and to oversee the financial functions of CHG hospitals.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: CA (SA) qualification. 3-5 years of financial management experience. Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including latest amendments in IFRS 9, 15 & 16. Computer proficiency – Advanced Excel and SAP are non-negotiable. Deadline-driven is paramount and non-negotiable.
