Job Purpose

The Financial Manager will oversee all financial activities, ensure the accuracy of financial information, and provide strategic guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Interpret and apply IFRS accounting standards.
3. Maintain General Ledger reconciliations and Fixed Assets for manufacturing operations.
4. Develop and manage the company's annual budget and forecasts.
5. Monitor performance against budget and analyze variances.
6. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate audits.
8. Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and oversee cost control initiatives.
9. Manage payroll, taxation, and statutory returns.
10. Collaborate on strategic planning and lead the finance team.

Qualifications and Experience
