Finance Manager

Skills and Experience Required:

1. B. Com Accounting (post grad) / CIMA or relevant financial qualification.
2. At least 5-8 years relevant experience (post articles 3 years).
3. Computer literate with excellent Excel and report writing skills.
4. Internal Audit experience.
5. Strong communication skills and a servant leadership style.
6. Strong people skills.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. ERP and business intelligence knowledge and experience.
9. Well versed in HR practice relevant to managing the finance department.

Responsibilities:

1. Cash flow management: Maintaining the cash flow of the KZN region.
2. Accounting and Finance Reporting.
3. Accounts payable management.
4. Accounts receivable management.
5. Contract management.
6. Branches / Operations: Monitoring and managing finance-related functions at the branches.
7. Fixed Assets Management.
8. Risk and Governance: Ensuring implementation of risk assessment and governance principles.
9. BI & Systems: Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of all systems, BI, and analytics.
10. People Management: Managing the Finance department and assisting with credit control management.
