Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities will be discussed in depth during interview and include:

• Lead financial meetings
• Complete financial accounting and forecasting
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

Requirements

• Degree or higher in Finance or related
• Previous Finance Manager experience preferably in the Hotel and Tourism industries
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Sociable and friendly personality as engaging with guests is part of the Club Med lifestyle
• Willing and able to live and work on-site in the resort in Durban, KZN

Advantageous: -

• Ability to speak French or additional second language
• SAICA level 2 or higher
