Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their newly established Centre of Excellence (COE). This pivotal role will oversee the processing of supplier invoices, employee expenses, cash processing, and sales ledger support for our client's global offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions, manage suppliers, and process payments.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the global controls framework.
  • Review monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and maintaining active communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure correct processing and reconciliation of web orders.
  • Manage relationships with the Group Finance team to meet month-end deadlines and address queries.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting, including monthly journals, year-end audit, and tax filings.
  • Ensure consistent processing across offices.
  • Implement updates to D365 and drive efficiencies within the team.
  • Set annual objectives, prepare development plans, mentor team leads, review succession planning, provide feedback, and foster collaboration.
  • Lead the team in timely responses to audit requests.
  • Manage various projects as needed.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to solve problems with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a global business environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing diverse teams, with a focus on training, development, and appraisal.
