Job Summary :
Providing support across the Africa business, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing leave processes using SAGE Leave Management software.
Candidate Requirements :

- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.
- Assist with Functional, System, and User Acceptance Testing for leave management tools.
- Embed data analytics capabilities by coaching the adoption and usage of leave management software.
Essential Functions :
- Leave Reporting : Generate and manage regular and ad hoc leave reports to ensure accurate leave balances and statuses, including data compilation, trend analysis, and stakeholder presentation.
- Employee Leave Queries : Address leave queries promptly and accurately, investigating discrepancies and providing clear explanations.
- Timesheet Management : Capture and reconcile timesheets against SAGE Leave Management, ensuring data accuracy.
- Employee Access Management : Manage access for new employees and handle access queries, including reactivations.
- Reconciliations : Perform mid-month and month-end reconciliations for terminated employees, ensuring accurate leave balances before payout.
- HR Assistance and Exit Checklists : Support Talent with leave-related queries and sign off on exit checklists.
- Ad Hoc Assistance and Leave Approval Setup : Generate reports, modify leave approvers, and maintain approval processes.

Job Requirements :
- Education : Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Experience : 3-5 years in Payroll or Leave Management.
- Proficiency : In SAGE Leave Management software.
