Job summary

Super Group International in Cape Town is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Cost of Revenue and Gaming Operations finance function, setting strategy, driving performance, and delivering timely, accurate insights. You will own budgeting, forecasting and reporting, implement automation and SOX controls, and collaborate with VP and A&A on regulatory matters.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, 5+ years of managerial experience, and CA(SA) with articles; a strong Excel and finance systems

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Adaptability in fast-moving environments and a proactive mindset.
CA(SA) with completed articles or equivalent accounting qualification.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
IFRS knowledge and data-driven decision making.
Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency.
Experience leading finance teams and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting accuracy and integrity for Gaming Ops and COR across product/region/platform/brand.
Ensure regulatory, tax and audit requirements are documented and met.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and automated reporting initiatives with a focus on analytics and dashboards.
Implement and maintain SOX controls and RACMs; ensure robust policies and procedures.
Provide coaching and leadership to finance teams and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
