Job summary

Zenzero is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to lead the finance function, own month-end reporting, maintain robust controls and provide commercial analysis. The role collaborates with the Finance Director, internal teams and external advisers, guiding junior staff and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in management accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end reporting, group reporting and statutory audits.
• Experience coaching junior finance staff; strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly management accounts process for group entities.
• Post journals for prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue and payroll.
• Review fixed asset additions, disposals and depreciation.
• Oversee stock, COGS and gross profit reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and monthly closings.
• Produce P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules with commentary.
• Own month-end balance sheet reconciliation and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business case analyses.
• Coordinate audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop finance process improvements and document controls.
